Jigglypuff Personification

It's been a while.. So, I decided to update!
It's not like I have alot of art posted here anyway.. D;

This is how I think Jigglypuff would look. Haa! I got inspired since one of my friends had a few of her own Pokemon OCs. So, I decided to make a Jigglypuff since it is one of my favorite pokemon. Haa.

I am aware she is not perfect, okay D;
I know I messed up on her lips.. As someone told me. "It looks fat." Well gosh! D< I know.. :/
And.. Don't even pay attention to her dislocated shoulder.. Other than that.. Yay! :'D
